I fully concur with Ross and and the other guys here!

The one thing I like about the mash-up community is the general friendliness and co-operation between us all. We're not in competition and we do what we do for the love of it.

In my youth (and a bit later :-), I can remember saying things that I have later come to regret, I hope that Nutronic eventually does the same.

I have often made a twonk of myself with comments I have made and no doubt I will continue to do so for years to come but these comments are just nasty

Scott Johnson : what you see is what you get. No other side to him. He does the podcast because he loves it and he is good at it.

Exclusives : Unless I am mistaken (and please don't think I am trying to play my own trumpet) I was the first to offer Scott an exclusive and I am glad that others have followed suit since and you are pretty much guaranteed to get at least one exclusive on each show now - and that can't be a bad thing, can it !

Fridge magnets - great idea, just need t-shirts, mousemats, pens etc

Mics - WTF !!! - Not bothered - I can hear Scott just fine. Always have been able to.

Long Mixes - To my knowledge they have always been a part of Scott's show.

Scott is very well respected in the mashup community and always will be. The show will still be around in 3 years time and I am looking forward to the 200th Show !

Mate, you have to learn to take criticism on the chin! just because someone thinks your show isn't as good as Ramdom Thoughts, doesn't make them an idiot! Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and it's all subjective! By going on to denigrate Scott's show just compounds the criticism on you!

Dude, a part of this whole issue/problem is you made your podcast exclusive to another site. And did it ever occur to you that maybe someone else made those nasty comments, and not anyone from here? The bottom line in my mind is, if you want exclusivity, then ask the people on your home site for tracks.
We are the same as you, we just want to play music and enjoy, not fight over something ridiculous. The bootlegging community should be supportive of itself, but unfortunately creativity also brings large egos along with it. That is not directed at you, it's a fact.
